About this Event

Refugees in Greece are scattered across camps and cities throughout the country, each settlement with a different social, political and legal scenario. There's over 60,000+ persons of concern in the country, spread out between 50+ sites. The crisis has been subject to major political changes.



OUR AIM: Is to fundraise as much as possible over the Christmas period by doing what Bristol does best.



CHOSEN CHARITY: HELP REFUGEES - is a grassroots humanitarian organisation initially formed in September 2015 in response to the humanitarian crisis unfolding in Calais. It is now the largest distributor of aid among all grassroots organisation in Europe, funding 65 projects including projects in 22 camps in Greece as well as camps and settlements in Paris,Turkey, Syria and Lebanon.
