Level the Vibes brings you the very best in vintage revival selections played on vinyl only.. Nothing but oldies but goodies including roots reggae, rocksteady, vintage dancehall, ska and calypso from back in the day. Expect to hear music you don't often hear played out including lots of rarities, one aways and tunes taken from original vinyl.



This time Spud meets Rice!



Steve Rice needs no introduction really. He is an established veteran DJ who runs the reggae sound system Downbeat Melody in Bristol and regularly runs sessions at various locations in Bristol as well as across the UK. He plays a wide and various selection of vintage black music and is a great mic-man and entertainer.



Spud Roots specialises in revival style selections and plays a lot of music from Jamaica's golden era of reggae (60s to the 70s) but also loves to play vintage 80s dancehall and digital. Check out his mixcloud page to see what he is about:
