Parallel Dimensions returns to Lakota for their first 2017 appearance!



2016 saw a host of legends and emerging talent brought to Bristol including:

This year, we are proud to announce that we will host a monthly residency at the legendary club in celebration of its 25th anniversary!



First up: The return of Jozef K meanwhile Batu_music comes to room 2



Jozef makes and plays music from the heart, he began his career DJing at Sankeys Manchester aged 19, became official resident at 20 and went on to tour the world, with shows in New York, Beijing, Moscow and the rest of Europe.



As a producer he has received DJ support from the likes of Laurent Garnier, B.Traits, Kim Ann Foxman and many more. Kim released Jozef’s track 'Tribal Rhythm' on her NYC based Label Firehouse, this was made with production partner Winter Son. The pairing have released on a variety of the biggest house and techno labels around, from Sasha’s Last Night On Earth, to legendary UK label Skint and the vinyl only label Chiwax, who have released the likes of Ricardo Villalobos and more. Jozef K + Winter Son have received glowing reviews from major publications such as Mixmag and DJmag, and have had numerous plays on BBC Radio 1. Their sound is influenced by early Chicago house, atmospheric techno and UK rave, resulting in the deadly combination of emotion, energy and depth.



2016 saw a Pete Tong HotMix, releases on Acid Test, Flashmob & SKINT; all whilst holding his 3rd consecutive Sankeys Ibiza Tribal Sessions' Residency.

ROOM 2

Room 2 plays host to a FOMO takeover - promoters from Bristol who support the local crew and specialise in various forms of techno from the UK and abroad. For their Room 2 takeover they're bringing in Timedance head honcho and Hotline and Fringe White affiliate Batu_music for a 2.5hr extended session, along with sets from usual residents Nabanas and Yu The Engineer.
