The Covasettes formation was no mere coincidence. Four lads from four different cities crossed paths at University in Manchester and as they say the rest is hisory...



Based out of Fallowfield the band consists of:



Chris Buxton - Lead Singer & Guitarist [Northampton]

Matthew Hewlett - Lead Guitarist [Sunderland]

Jamie McIntyre - Bassist [Oxford]

Matthew Buckley - Drummer [Manchester]



The lads first 2 tracks out of the studio "Higher" and "Figure Me Out" are already receiving radio play and interest off a selection of labels, and with new music coming consistently, we feel the phrase—'watch this space' as much as it's clichéd, hold's some weight here.



With influences including Arctic Monkeys, Catfish & The Bottlemen, Coldplay, Courteeners, Sundra Karma, The Stone Roses & Two Door Cinema Club It's impossible not to be charmed by The Covasettes...in their own words —
