We hope to return to LOPC before 5pm

Ashby Canal is a gentle paddle, meeting at the Globe in snearstone we can explore the tunnel (pack a head torch) and visit the basin where it starts, passing the beautiful little lock that's still person controlled. 

We will then travel back past where we got on for a relaxing trip, above the stunning views of Leicestershire. 

The weather's looking good so you will need plenty of water and your lunch along with medication and sun cream. 

Please pack your lunch and penty of water for the whole day
