Sam Green and the Midnight Heist are a band with two stories to tell; a split personality if you will. On one side their music hails from the still backwaters of the British folk tradition telling tales of loneliness, introspection and the well-worn road. Using sweet harmonies and moody crescendos their music is melodic and uplifting. But if seen late at night in a bar down town, the other darker side to their music surfaces. This other side transports you to the stormy waters of the Mississippi where their sound transforms into a wild whirlwind of finger pickin’ lap slide blues, foot stompin’ beats and howling harmonicas.



SGATMH play rootsfolkbluesandrocknroll and come from the South West of England. Featuring Samuel Green (Lap Slide, Guitar and Vocal), Matt Cooke (Drums and Percussion), Joe James (Double Bass) and James Cameron (Electric Guitar and Harmonica). SGATMH can be found touring the UK constantly and playing their own eclectic blend of progressive Roots Music.
