________▂▃▅▆ ☆ NU:TONE B2B LOGISTICS ☆ ▆▅▃▂_________

Since signing to Hospital in 2003, Nu:Tone has risen through the ranks to become one of the most highly respected producers in the scene, with everyone from LTJ Bukem to Sub Focus busting his tunes.

Nu:Tone’s debut album “Brave Nu World“ dropped in 2005 with all of the Drum + Bass’ hierarchy supporting it. Following this, there was the stunning sophomore “Back Of Beyond“, which dropped in June 2007 with critics hailing it as “the perfect marriage of accelerated junglist funk and cooled-out 70s melody” (DJ Mag).

The past year has seen Nu:Tone continue his fine form of remix work as well as team up with younger brother Logistics to produce under the Nu:Logic moniker. The sum of their combined powers has led to LP’s ‘Morning Light’ and ‘Everlasting Days’ that showcase a nebula of new sounds and techniques. Similarly, their album ‘What I’ve Always Waited For’ oozes the kind of soulful Drum and Bass that harks back to the foundation of the Hospital label.

Logistics grew up on a self-prescribed musical diet made up of equal parts guitar-based compositions down tempo efforts and finally acquired a taste for Drum + Bass through the Full Cycle “Music Box” LP. The younger brother of Nu:Tone, Matt Gresham a.k.a Logistics, has gone on to become one of Hospital’s most prolific producers.

In 2012 Logistics returned to the studio, producing both under Logistics and his Nu:Logic moniker with brother Nu:Tone.

_________▂▃▅▆ ☆ IVY LAB ☆ ▆▅▃▂__________

At the start of 2012, Sabre, Stray and Halogenix teamed up to drop one of the most blissful pieces of drum & bass that year, ‘Oblique’. The group came together as friends who shared an interest in each other’s work as well as the same specific production ethos and sonic goals. Since initial collaborations ‘Askari’ and ‘St.Clair,’ it has been their most recent success with ‘Oblique’ that significantly attracted support from some of the highest celebrated DJs in the scene today. Naturally things have progressed since, cementing their new found coalition as Ivy Lab. Expect some brand new forward thinking music, special podcasts inbound (aptly named the IvyCast) and events. _________▂▃▅▆ ☆ TECHNIMATIC ☆ ▆▅▃▂__________

Musically rich, emotionally charged yet heavy drum & bass can be hard to come by these days so when the sounds of Pete Rogers and Andy Powell first wafted through the corridors of Shogun Audio HQ they immediately caught some attention.

Having started making music together back in 2008 as Technicolour & Komatic little could be known of what the future had in store but since then the boys have gone on to release their liquid infused mix of hyper-coloured D&B on labels such as Critical, Technique, Spearhead and a certain Sgn:Ltd.

Never resting their laurels Shogun Audio have been quick to recognise a bright future for the duo and are now very proud to announce the exclusive signing of the newly named Technimatic to the re-launched Sgn:Ltd imprint.

Already with their next single lined up for October 2012 you can expect to be seeing and hearing a whole lot more from Technimatic over the coming months and years as they join the ranks of the one the biggest bass labels in the business.
