Mindfulness meditation practitioner and professional musician Andrew Ford invites you on a journey of self exploration through sound.



A selection of unique musical instruments will be played to provide the sonic focus for meditation, drawing

the meditator into deep relaxation, concentration and bliss.

Musical instruments include Native American style Flutes, Kalimbas, Tibetan singing bowls and Hang.



No prior meditation experience required and beginners most definitely welcome.



Meditators can choose to lie or sit, whichever is most comfortable.



Please bring yoga mats, cushions, etc with you.
