Following his epic appearance in Liverpool earlier this year, HUSTLE and MADNICE have teamed up to bring DJ Spinna back to the city; this time in Liverpool's spiritual home for music with soul - THE MAGNET.



On this special occasion Spinna will be flexing his musical versatility yet further with two separate sets on the night - an early doors straight Hip-Hop set and an after hours House and Disco set.



The Brooklyn native is an anomaly in the world of music having mastered and blessed numerous genres across the full length of his career. With an extensive record collection, Spinna shows a willingness to pursue the full extents of his roots (funk, soul, jazz, R&B), foundation (hip-hop) and future (electronic/dance music) without any restraints.



A cornerstone of the late 90's independent hip-hop movement, Spinna has cemented his name in hip-hop history providing the the musical canvas for his group the Jigmastas, Eminem, Mos Def, De La Soul, Talib Kweli and Pharoahe Monch to name but a few.



Having remixed everyone from the likes of Donald Byrd, Eddie Kendricks, Roy Ayers, Stevie Wonder & Michael Jackson DJ Spinna is widely recognised as a multi-genre artist. With the remix of Shaun Escoffery's "Days Like This", Spinna was catapulted into his now stately touted presence in the Soulful House music scene and has worked and performed alongside the likes of Dimitri from Paris, Osunlade, Jazzy Jeff, Kenny Dope, Karizma and Kerri Chandler - the man is truly a musical showman like no other.
