The Sherpas, a British band that put the groove into back into the indie scene, taking influence from 70/80s funk and soul and fusing with modern alt rock.

Barney, James, Ed, Felix and Jack are CASITAS.

Already with supporters in all pockets of the UK, and a strong following in their native Devon, CASITAS are now spreading their unique Alternative Pop sound across London.



After a year and a half of past successes, including winning the 2012 South West Music Award for Best Video with their experimental track ?Places in Dreams?, the band relocated to the big city in August and have been writing and recording ever since.



No strangers to exposure in the past, with airtime on 6 Music and Radio One as well as numerous southwest-based radio stations, their most recent offering ?Gold? is now turning heads within the BBC.
