Now in their 9th year, Liqueur have undoubtedly become the premier tribute to the influential and highly distinctive British alternative act The Cure. The Cure have been releasing records and filling stadia worldwide since 1979 with such instantly recognisable songs as ‘Boys Don’t Cry' , 'A Forest' , 'The Lovecats' and 'Friday I’m in Love’ – Liqueur have been playing these and many more gaining remarks such as ‘They sound more like The Cure than The Cure!’



It would appear attention to detail does pay off , and there are unwavering efforts to replicate the sounds and music as accurately as possible to satisfy the most discerning of fan whilst playing enough ‘hits’ to keep those ‘less die-hard’ fans enjoying a night out .



Being in its current line up since 2013 , replicating the classic five member stage show and last year , anniversary shows of the ‘Disintegration’ album were played to great acclaim.



This year sees the 30th birthday of 80s Cure album ‘The Head on the Door’ which really helped the Cure become a huge act in America and Liqueur choose to perform this album in our own tribute to it . A 90 minute set will see many other singles played too along with the album favourites ‘Close to Me’ and ‘Inbetween Days’ .
