Lethal Bizzle
About this Event
Following the sell-out of his huge ‘Denchchat Tour’ last month, British MC Lethal Bizzle has today announced a UK headline tour for April/ May 2016. The seven-date run will see him play at some of the UK’s major cities, kicking things off in Norwich on 28th April, concluding on the 7th May at Birmingham O2 Institute.
Lethal Bizzle first exploded onto the British music scene in 2003 as part of More Fire Crew, whose debut single, ‘Oi’, charted at no. 7 in the UK singles charts. Since then as a solo artist he has gone on to achieve more success with the release of his comeback single ‘Pow (Forward)’, and the 2015 Grime anthem ‘Fester Skank’, which reached no. 11 in the UK singles chart and garnered over 100,000 views within 24 hours of going live. With a MOBO award under his belt, he has embarked on three sold out headline tours in addition to supporting the likes of The Enemy and Babyshambles on tour, performing regularly on the UK festival circuit and appearing at the final Live 8 concert in 2005.
Alongside his career as an MC, Bizzle has graced the silver screen (with a cameo role in the film Adulthood), and proved himself to be a thriving entrepreneur, with the founding of his own imprint Dench Records, the launch of clothing line Stay Dench with ex-Arsenal footballer Emmanuel Frimpong, and the international expansion of his Dench Party club nights.
Having just released his new single ‘Dude’ featuring South London ambassador Stormzy, Lethal Bizzle continues to be one of the most prolific, exciting rapper to emerge from the UK underground scene.
