THE APOTHECARY - POP-UP WILD COCKTAIL BAR

RESIDENCY AT MONO, WINTER 2015



The Apothecary presents a unique, limited edition cocktail menu inspired by seasonal produce and wild-foraged ingredients. Available only at Mono, 535 Wilbraham Road, Chorlton-cum-hardy, South Manchester, M21 0UE. Friday and Saturday evenings throughout December from 6pm. Starts Friday 4th of December 2015.

MENU



FOREST FIRE

Scotch whiskey infused with Russian smoked tea, sea buckthorn liqueur and wild Douglas Fir honey syrup.



RHUBARB & ROSEHIP

Spiced rum, rhubarb and rosehip syrup and pressed lemon juice topped with a rhubarb and custard foam.



THE SNOWDROP

Amarula cream liqueur, Gran Marnier, hazelnut syrup, cream, nutmeg and coconut with toasted marshmallow.



SLOE & STEADY

Sloe gin, home-made vanilla vodka, fig liqueur, mint leaves, lemon juice and ginger beer over crushed ice.



THE OLD BOAR

Wild boar bacon-infused bourbon, chestnut liqueur, maple syrup, sage and orange bitters. Old fashioned style.



NIGHT THYME

Gin, fig liqueur, blueberry purée, balsamic thyme syrup, pressed lemon juice, dehydrated fig and thyme sprig.
