About this Event

CANCELLED

Unfortunately licencing have refused our extended licence for this event due to a minor error on the paperwork and hence we will not be able to show this event. Our apologies for this, however we are putting in the application for Wrestlemania in the next couple of days to ensure we have time to re-submit if there is any issue.

At WWE Fastlane 2016 it's Brother vs. Brother vs. Beast as 3 men fight to challenge Triple H at WrestleMania. Here's what we know.

The Royal Rumble is over and it’s time for the Road to WrestleMania 32. That means a stop at WWE Fastlane 2016, taking place Sunday February 21 at the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio.

Fastlane is a rather new PPV. For years, the spot between Royal Rumble and WrestleMania went to Elimination Chamber, but once they stopped featuring two world titles and merged them into one, the whole gimmick show became obsolete. In 2015, they debuted the first Fastlane with a main event of Roman Reigns defending his status as #1 contender against Daniel Bryan.

We’ll be updating this space regularly to talk about the upcoming matches, from the officially announced to the ones that they’re blatantly putting together. As it is right now, we only have a few matches on the radar.

WWE Fastlane 2016 Matches

BROCK LESNAR VS. ROMAN REIGNS VS. DEAN AMBROSE

KALISTO VS. ALBERTO DEL RIO

CHARLOTTE VS. BRIE BELLA

BECKY LYNCH AND SASHA BANKS VS. NAOMI AND TAMINA

LIKELY AND UNCONFIRMED MATCHES

Kevin Owens vs. Dolph Ziggler might as well be written in stone due to the fact that they've been wrestling each other non-stop lately. Like four times in the past month. There isn't really much of a story in there either. They've just been wrestling each other a lot. It's like how Dolph couldn't stop fighting Kofi Kingston 5 years ago even though there was never any real heat in it. It'll be some kind of gimmick match for sure or else it's purely just more of the same.

The Dudley Boyz vs. The Usos has to happen in some form, whether the New Day are involved or not. On Raw, the Dudleys saw that the Usos were going to take on the New Day in a Tables Match and couldn't let them do it alone. After all, that's the Dudleys' trademark match. It became an eight-man table match (with added Mark Henry for New Day) and while the face team won, Bubba Ray and D-Von randomly attacked the Usos post-match. WHY they did it is unexplained as of now, but they'll surely clash at Fastlane.
