The Deslones are a five piece band based in New Orleans who take the musical heritage of their adopted city and mix it with a helping of blues, country, soul and gospel to make their own mutated version of American music that pays tribute to many yet remains fresh, vibrant and utterly unique. All five members share singing and songwriter duties and their obvious love and respect for musical predecessors such as Jerry Lee Lewis, George Jones and Hank Williams creates a massively infectious sound that breathes new life into old values.
