Well-known for fronting Bristol-based band Yes Sir Boss, Matt Sellors has rediscovered his folk-laden roots and launched a solo career to great effect. Raw, simple and deeply personal, Matt’s latest sound and set up has already struck a chord with new listeners. After a storming debut set onboard Bristol’s floating fun-boat the Thekla, Matt introduced his latest project to the masses. With solo gigs lined up throughout the UK and beyond, Matt continues to hone his new, re-invigorated set. His unmistakable voice sounds completely at one in its new home, classic and unique. Expect deep, haunting verses where voice is king and catchy up beat choruses that keep the crowd clapping. Keep an ear out, this new solo venture has the potential for great things.
