Full Line Up: Vladimir Is Alive, PORTABLEhigh, Nik Davis - Music



This Easter weekend Promoters Absent Kelly return to Surya for another awesome selection of up and coming acts that we're sure you'll be seeing a lot more of!



Topping the evening's bill is Vladimir Is Alive. These local lads play Alt/Rock that brings together elements from Lo-Fi, Blues, Funk, Grunge and Indie to make something really special. The band have recently returned to the scene after a break and we're really glad they have because, if their recent demos are anything to go by, we're in for a real treat!



Joining us all the way from the Isle of Wight, PORTABLEhigh will be there too. This quartet play fast-paced, high energy Pop/Rock, brought to life by the bewitching vocals of frontwoman Louisa Jane. The band already have a name for themselves on their local scene with plenty of airplay and great reviews, but are now really kicking things up a gear! They've recently captivated 25,000 at Brighton & Hove Albion's Amex Stadium and we’re sure this is just the start of big things.



Opening the show is Nik Davis. Nik is a London-based singer-writer originally from Essex who has recently returned from two years performing and busking in Australia where he honed his sound. Nik is now on a mission to establish himself in the Capital and we’re sure his Acoustic hybrid of genres will impress.
