MORE TBA
It’s time for the final Chopshop party of the year, and after the success of last year’s collaboration we’ve decided to link up with our favourite label, Local Action Records, again - bringing you a lineup packed with international talent. This time, we’re taking over Blue Mountain, one of Bristol’s best loved clubs.
DJ Q
Fresh from the long awaited release of his anthem ‘Rocky’, Bassline legend DJ Q is blessing us with what will doubtlessly be a high intensity set filled with garage classics and the cutting edge of UK bassline.

UNIIQU3
Having had an incredible start to 2016 that has seen her newest single ‘Yo (I’m Lit)’ get support from a wide range of high-profile DJs in the states and further afield, the Queen of New Jersey will be making her first ever Bristol appearance as a special guest at Chopshop’s Local Action takeover. Her defiant brand of club music shows a distinct awareness of Grime and Bass Music, and, since she has been working with a range of UK producers in recent months, we are looking forward to a high-energy set that showcases the best of both sides of the atlantic.

Finn
Finn’s productions started making waves right from their first plays at now-legendary London grime night Boxed in 2013. His five-track EP ‘Knock Knock’ last year once again displayed his talents in production and uncanny ear for sample-based club music, while his reputation as a DJ continues to soar. Now holding down a monthly residency on NTS Manchester, 2016 promises to be a big year for Finn.

Tom Lea
Label head and tastemaker extraordinaire Tom Lea’s talent as a DJ cannot be overlooked. With the skill to achieve anything from accommodating the larger-than-life Big Narstie on a set to blending Logos’ spatial productions with candied cuts from PC Music’s GFOTY, his set is sure to be well stocked with exclusives that will shake the club.

Strict Face
Last but not least, joining us all the way from Australia: Strict Face. A true example of grime’s capability to transcend international borders, the Adelaide producer is known for his hugely varied production style which spans from levitating peace dubs right through to no-holds barred bangers. With releases on Mr. Mitch’s Gobstopper records and more recently on Nina Las Vegas’s new imprint ‘NLV Records’, the man from down under’s reputation is growing steadily, and his debut Bristol appearance will doubtlessly pack a punch.
