Eden's Curse at The Waterfront Studio, Norwich
About this Event
Multinational Melodic Metal act Eden's Curse return to the UK for a full tour in support of their fifth studio album, set to be released by German heavy weight label, AFM Records, in late Autumn.
Fronted by Serbian powerhouse vocalist Nikola Mijic, German virtuoso guitarist Thorsten Koehne and main songwriter, band founder and bassist Paul Logue, Eden's Curse are back with a bang with the follow up to 2013's critically acclaimed 'Symphony Of Sin'. Their line-up is completed by newest members, drummer John Clelland, who appeared on 2015's 'Live With The Curse' release and Finnish keyboard whizz Christian 'Chrism' Pulkkinen.
Classic Rock Magazine previously hailed their "Titanic choruses" and "Soar away melodies" and now it seems that life on the road supporting the likes of Dream Theater and Stratovarius has begun to rub off, as the group unveil their most progressive, sophisticated and mature collection of melodic songs yet.
Special guests on the tour are Sheffield's C.O.P. UK, whose vast touring experience with the likes of Saxon and Helloween has begun to pay off in earnest when they signed to German giants UDR Records, home of Motörhead, Saxon, Alice Cooper & Europe, who released their latest album 'No Place For Heaven'.
Evolve will be a new name to most - for now! This quintet from Montreux, Switzerland came to prominence when they won acclaimed Rock & Metal producer Dennis Ward's (Unisonic, Krokus, Angra, Eden's Curse) 2015 song writing competition. Eden's Curse main man, Paul Logue, happened to be on the judging panel and championed the bands cause. It only seems fitting that Paul should extend an invitation to these talented Prog Metallers to come tread the UK's hallowed boards with Eden's Curse in November. They are hotly tipped to impress!
