LIVERPOOL INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL of PSYCHEDELIA returns for its fifth edition on 23 + 24 September 2016, once again packing out the warehouses and recesses of Camp and Furnace, Blade Factory and District in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle.
