September in The Washing Machine sees Drumz For Eternity bossman Guppy Slim and Matthew Bentley down in our favourite basement.



Having been running nights with the Casa Del Vibe guys and Djing alongside garage legends Sticky, Scott Garcia and El-b Guppy Slim is no stranger to the scene. His endless collection of garage jams is something to behold and we can't wait to see what he brings!

Alongside we have 'Garage Classics' resident Matthew Bentley.



"Matthew Bentley has been producing and DJing now for 18 years, having been involved in the garage and jungle/dnb scenes (notably playing for Hospital records Hospitality night) in the late 90s and early/mid 2000s. Producing under various aliases his last release was with Circuitbreaker/Knightfreak. Having been quiet for the last few years he now has a new project: MulengaSound. The foundations of the sound are built from the melting-pot of UK underground dance genres from the last 20 years, encompassing elements of Jungle, Garage, UK-Funky and Hip-hop-with an added infusion of obscure & exotic vinyl samples, field recordings, live instrumentation and analog hardware. MULENGASOUND are the narrators of Underground-sounds past…translated into a futuristic dialect."



As per usual The Washing Machine residents will be spinning our selections either side.
