On Saturday 22nd October, Resonate Global launches the first in a series of Drum and Bass showcase events featuring the finest artists across all areas of the underground sound.



First and foremost, the focus is on the music and our aim is to represent the frequencies of the future, whilst remaining true to the cultural roots that the scene as it is today is built upon.



The popularity of Drum and Bass is at fever pitch around the world right now with so many incredible artists coming from so many different angles, we will be featuring the very best that the scene has to offer, from the established acts doing the damage right now to the up and coming talent of tomorrow.



Resonate is all about connecting the collective and representing the diversity within Drum and Bass, so whether its upfront, heavy, rolling, liquid, or intelligent selection you are after - we will endeavour to feature the artists you want to hear and perform.



Up first we welcome one of Brazil’s finest exports, the mighty S.P.Y - signed exclusively to the legendary Hospital Records, he wastes no time in getting straight down to business, so prepare yourself for a workout because he seriously brings the noise - full force and forward thinking Drum and Bass at its finest is what he is saying, and what a headliner for our first event.



Joining him in the primetime position is one of the most in demand MCs on the circuit, SP:MC - arguably the most recognisable voice of the new generation of mic men, he is second to none in holding down the vibe and keeping it moving.



Next up, someone the southeast corner should be very proud of - Anile, an artist whose followed his vision and pursued his passion to the point of recognition from the most established areas of the Drum and Bass movement.



Now signed exclusively to Med School and alongside his label mate S.P.Y at Hospital Records, his return has been a long time coming and will be a great opportunity to reunite the original Kent crew and get the party started…

Individually they posses a unique sound from all corners of the UK underground scene. Combined they are a force to be reckoned with, covering all angles.

BASS KICK ELEMENTS have hosted an event in almost every club in Kent on the path to finding their sound. They predominantly play House and most sub-genres surrounding it. They started as a small unit in Medway they have progressed to have resident DJs as far as Birmingham supporting the brand.

SEEERIOUS BASS is situated in Ramsgate with a few unique venues in the area, Seeerious Bass have crafted one of the most elegant but grimy events I have come across. Playing a mixture of Garage, Grime, Hip-Hop and occasionally dabbling in whatever suits the mood, their musicology speaks for its self.

KLANG DEM emerged from the primordial post-Dubstep / UK Funky gloop come a group of likeminded DJ / Producers with a different outlook on the UK underground scene. Keeping the ethos of the early London Dubstep scene we knew and loved, but with forward thinking musical taste, we focus on the main elements of UK Bass music culture; vinyl, sound systems & sub bass. With their events in dark, intimate settings, stacked to the ceiling with bass bins - their vibe is untouchable.
