Jouis are a 5-piece band based in Brighton on the South Coast of England. They lace psychedelic progressive jazz with rhythmic and melodic experimentation, traveling to as far as they can reach in search of like-minded people to share their music, thoughts and good vibes with. Jouis is a French word roughly translated as 'to be enjoyed' (derived from 'Jouissance'), a philosophy the band has upheld since its inception.
