We Broke Free are celebrating thier FOURTH BIRTHDAY!



We will be back at our home turf 60 Million Postcards for an extra special night of live music featuring:



The Modern Strangers

With only two tracks out there already – the brilliant debut ‘Vanilla’ that appeared suddenly and without announcement at the tail end of 2015, and it’s terrific follow up ‘Weekend Men’ – The Modern Strangers (brothers Max and Archie) are keeping the tempo high; their unique brand of spiralling, euphoric electronic indie music is sparking intrigue and excitement and new track ‘Margarita’ aims to continue their mission to get people dancing. Hitting you sonically from the off, you can hear why their live shows have been getting rave reviews. Early support from Huw Stephens, Abbie McCarthy and the BBC introducing team, along with debut release ‘Vanilla’ getting a double play on the ever influential “Made in Chelsea”, points to an exciting 2017.

Soulhole

Souhole are five guys from the south coast of the UK, with a provocative fusion of funk-rock and blues. Their sound fuses influences from an eclectic array of genres of popular music.



Formed in 2012, Soulhole is Nathan Warrington- drums, Matt Digby- keys and backing vocals, Billy Poore- bass guitar, Kerry Evans- percussion & Jordan Digby- lead vocals and guitar.



Throughout the group’s musical pursuits and experimentation, their spirited sound is based on melodic instrumentals, highlighted by Matt’s keyboard work and Jordan’s impassioned vocals. Their lyrics, often embellished with a satirical take on modern life, focus on personal themes and 21st Century living.
