THE FEATURE ACT:
Miserable Malcolm, Gloucestershire’s gloomiest poet, is the alter-ego of Bill Jones and performs poems of misery and despair. He has toured his one-man-show "Graveside Manner" at Brighton, Reading and Barnstaple Fringes and beyond.
Miserable Malcolm’s hilariously grim and hopeless poetry is constructed and delivered with an ingenious sense of wit to leave an audience laughing out loud, a truly unique and memorable display of spoken word poetry.
Bill’s first book ‘The Life and Times of Algernon Swift’ (an illustrated novel of puns) was published by Head of Zeus earlier this year.
“I almost died laughing … which frankly isn’t good enough” (Audience member, Birmingham)
