So after Sundays epic battle in the courtyard we get back to normality. Soul, Funk, Jazz and everthing in between with 3 djs making their full Twisted Soul debuts.



Guy Unger doesnt really need any introduction for those on the Soul music scene. Guy started supporting Soul music in Maidstone in 2013 promoting the SOULsations nights and after the offer of a radio show soon took the decks himself. With a love of black music stretching back to his Mod days as a young teenager an eclectic and broad range in taste serves him well knowing you can always expect something a little differnt. Having DJed with the likes of Eddie Piller, Gavin Page, Frostie and "Superstar" Mickey Jay both at home and abroad he can't wait to further support Twisted Sou, Maidstone and the Kent scene! Guy was the sercret weapon of The Funk Lovin Criminlas in the the DJ battle last week. This week you shall have a full set from Guy.





Lance pearce, a home grown Maidstone boy has music running through his veins . He's was brought up on soul and disco in the 70s and through the 80's and 90s had the pleasure to experience the birth and be involved in many music scenes around those times . His love of music lead him to sharing his passion through DJing for Over 30+ years , An experience which has also included working in influencial record shops, A& R for record labels , putting on iconic clubs in his home town, along with DJing in many clubs here and abroad . Today still guesting at many events and still having that same passion. Never one to be pidgeon holed to any particular scene his typical sets use every genre he's come across always keeping the dance floor happy.



DJ Daviboy AKA DJ De Javu is a cross genre DJ who started in 1986. Playing early Chicago House and Acid into the early Rave scene and Free Parties in the South West. With many residencies and guest appearances for Obsession, Fantasia, Scream, Positivity, Essence, Dreamscape, including Promoting Coalition and Sound Factory nights in Plymouth until 1995 when he retired from DJing. During retirement Daviboy DJ’ed Northern and Modern Soul up and down the country until this year 2017 coming out of retirement and moving from vinyl format to Digital DJing. Currently taking a Digital DJ Tips Masterclass. Largest event Fantasia Donnington Castle, also big event free party at Castle Morton illegal rave.
