Holding it down decades after he first emerged as a pioneer of bumping, soulful garage house, Marc Kinchen is as relevant now as when he took classics like The Nightcrawlers’ “Push The Feeling On” and made the remix bigger than the original. To say he’s house music royalty would be an understatement, and yet he’s not resting on his laurels. These days the man best known as MK is channeling his energy into Area10, the banner under which he throws parties all over the world.

It’s only right that the man himself heads up the night, packing a whole host of his upfront material while no doubt holding a few of his finest moments back for just the right time. Whether it’s his dub of Chez Damier’s “Can You Feel It?” or “The MKappella” that gets an airing, the place will undoubtedly go off.

Alongside Kinchen are a host of characters intrinsic to the Area10 experience, with prodigious masked talent Claptone sure to bring some of his evocative deep house styles to the party. With KC Lights and Will Clarke also lined up, it promises to be an unforgettable night of grade A house music.
