Join us on Thursday 7 August as our ‘10 Year Anniversary’ celebrations continue into the summer with the reimagined Weatherbys Chelmsford City Cup day!

The Weatherbys Chelmsford City Cup attracts top horses from near and far, competing as the sun graces the track with its warm glow, spectators will witness the raw power and elegance of these magnificent horses. Increased from its historic distance of seven furlongs to one mile two furlongs, the popular handicap will now provide a thrilling showcase of speed and stamina in pursuit of a massive £45,000 prize pot!

The day’s racing will be further enhanced with the brand new Mayors’ Cup as we collaborate to raise funds for the Mayors’ charity, Farleigh Hospice, forming a significant part of our ‘10 Years in the Community’ initiative.

Our summer racing fixtures include thrilling racing, plus entertainment in our brand NEW Level Head sunken terrace that will keep you busy late into the evening.
