*18+ The venue operates a challenge 25 policy. Photographic ID (valid passport or driving licence) will be required if you’re lucky enough to look younger than 25 years of age.

We do NOT offer a grace period on tickets due to reaching capacity crowds. If you are not at the venue in time for your allocated entry then you will need to buy a new ticket.

Management reserve the right of admission. Refunds will not be processed without the management authorisation. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Please note that we do not do stamps or re-admits. If you leave the venue then you will need to queue again and re-pay. This is none-negotiable.
