Press To MECO (me-co) have always possessed an ear for a huge riff and equally gargantuan three-part harmonies, yet anyone familiar with Press to MECO knows not to second guess the next step, a fact reinforced by the themes on the 'Affinity' EP: death of the elderly; indecent secrets; crystal methamphetamine; procrastination; mental illness and cannibalism.



Having self-released their debut single 'Affinity' in April 2013, the track continues to enjoy on-going radio support from Alex Baker - Kerrang!, Sophie K – Team Rock Radio and John Kennedy - Xfm.



The 'Affinity' EP was released in May 2013 accompanied by a headline show at Barfly, London. As a direct result of this show the band secured a live 'Xposure' session with Xfm and were booked by DF Concerts to open the 'Summer Nights' festival at King Tut's, Glasgow. With a hugely successful appearance on the Red Bull Studios stage at Download Festival last year, PTM have been tipped by Xfm as a band to watch in 2014.



Luke, Adam and Lewis are currently writing and recording for their debut album, working closely with producer Dan Weller (Sikth) and will release the first new songs during early 2014.
