This month we will be celebrating all things Irish, so let’s get back to our Gaelic roots, grab your lucky shamrock and let’s make like Bono and bop!



For this St Patrick’s day we will be heralding back to the days of the first Irish American bars, the smorgasbord of cultures mixing together in a heady mix of hard liquor and good times.



The gold at the end of the rainbow may be a myth but we

will be encapsulating that Irish fun-loving, folk-loring,

Guinness-drinking essence!







SPECIAL GUEST COCKTAILS!



STOUT RUSSIAN

Luksosowa potato vodka with Kahlua and Guinness,

topped with Coca Cola. “Good things come to those

who drink Guinness” (Irish proverb).



IRISH MULE

Take your classic mule and swap vodka for whiskey.

Ta da! Irish! A large measure of Jameson whiskey with

lemon juice and a dash of bitters. Topped with Fever

Tree Ginger Ale and served in a copper mug.



EMERALD ISLE

Stoli vodka and Blue Curacao shaken over ice with orange

and pineapple juices and a dash of lemon. The perfect

St. Paddy’s Day party drink that’s guaranteed to get

you doing a jig.



PICKLEBACK

A shot of Jameson whiskey followed by a

pickle juice chaser. That’s right, pickle juice.

IRISH ORCHARD

Jameson whiskey with Amaretto, Cointreau and lemon juice, topped with Magner’s apple cider and garnished with cherries and orange, served in a copper jug for sharing. Cider, whiskey and St Paddy’s day? Nailed it
