Loner Muaka, a talented jazz musician and multi instrumentalist known for his unique blends of African rhythms and jazz melodies.



In his own words Muaka says:



“I was born and raised in north London with Congolese roots , from a young age I played keys in a Congolese church, playing such rhythms as rumba and soukous and sebene . As I got older I discovered jazz music and grew an interest in combining my African roots with a more experimental and expressive style within jazz. I’ve been currently working on sound design and composition for short films as well programming ambient sets. For my live shows I immerse the audience in atmospheric sounds using effects and samplers, and combining my love for jazz and direct roots in Congolese rhythm”
