CHIMP SPANNER began as a one man multi-instrumental progressive Metal entity, with the independent release of 'Imperium Vorago' in 2004. Since then Chimp (aka Paul Antonio Ortiz) has come to be an integral player in the international online prog/tech "Djent" scene, having joined the ranks of the boundary pushing Basick Records label.



His most current release 'All Roads Lead Here' further refines his unique blend of retro and futuristic influences, featuring six slick progressive tracks revolving around the three part 'Mobius'; a song which is at once an exploration of time and space but also a personal and introspective piece.

SHATTERED SKIES is a London based melodic groove metal band from Wicklow/Dublin, Ireland. Since its creation in 2011, the band has been one of the fastest growing acts within the progressive metal genre. With multiple appearances at major festivals such as Bloodstock Open Air, Euroblast and Hard Rock Hell, the band quickly built up a big following with fans from all around the world. SHATTERED SKIES's first EP "Reanimation" was released in May 2011 and received great critical acclaim from both press and fans. The band has finished recording their first full length album entitled "The World We Used To Know" expected to be released in 2014.

HIEROGLYPH - Originating (as many of these bands do) as a bedroom project, the arrival of founding member Sam to Leeds enabled plenty of contact with like-minded musicians to expand the sonic foundations onto a very real entity. After much time spent writing, rehearsing and finding the right people, the three core members were joined through 2013 by guitarist Jamie and vocalists Mark and Valentina to bring the beast to life. Formed on a base of technical, groove-laden metal, the band's sound incorporates elements of progressive rock, post-metal, ambient and electronic music into a dense blend of modern heaviness, technicality, melody and atmosphere. The attitude within the band is simple - no limits, no compromise.
