Leeds-based DANIEL PEARSON has been quietly building a reputation as one of the best new singer-songwriters around. Blending elements of indie rock, alt.country and classic guitar pop delivering emotional connection and honesty that only instinctively great songwriting can provide.



Daniel has been featured on 6Music, BBC Introducing, XFM, Amazing Radio and Australia’s biggest radio station Triple J. Uncut Magazine, Drowned In Sound, Pop Matters and For Folks Sake have been full of praise for his albums Satellites and Mercury State, drawing comparison with Ryan Adams, Dylan and Ben Howard.



Already a veteran of rock n' roll and punk bands, Daniel had toured the UK releasing singles and EPs before going solo in 2010. After deciding to maintain his artistic independence away from large labels, he has become a successful example of the new music industry – maintaining control over every aspect of his career, connecting with a huge fanbase and competing for media coverage against huge acts - and simply through the power of his music.
