Irish folk/blues troubadour Marc O’Reilly will release his new album 'Human Herdings' on 28th March'14.
Following the release of his critically acclaimed debut album ‘My Friend Marx’ in 2011, Marc O’Reilly has established himself as one of the most exciting artists within the folk/blues genre gaining comparisons with artists such as John Martyn and Bon Iver.
2013 saw Marc tour all over Europe including appearances at major festivals like Glastonbury, Electric Picnic and Boardmasters and squeezing in a trip to the US to appear at the Live in the Vineyard Festival in Napa, California.
His alter-ego side project with his brother Pierre, the electro-pop duo ‘R’, recently receieved excellent radio support for their debut single ‘Change’ from tastemakers such as Steve Lamacq (BBC 6music), Janice Long (BBC Radio 2) and Paul Mcloone (Today FM) and reached Number 1 on the Amazing Radio Chart.
As if that wasn’t enough to keep him busy, Marc has also provided vocals on 3 tracks for the new album by MOBO winning act Karios 4tet which was recorded at Peter Gabriel’s Real World Studios, has received 4 star reviews from Mojo, The Independent and Guardian and has led to the recording of a live BBC Maida Vale session for the Jamie Cullum Show on BBC Radio 2.
‘With folk and blues influences, the Irish singer songwriter stands out from the genre, easily the feral twin of B en Howard, raised by wolves, and with all the dare in his approach to songwriting and delivery for the pair of them.’ - STV
'A stunning set of tunes'– R2 Magazine

JONAS & JANE
Surrey-based Jonas and Jane are an acoustic harmony duo. They recently returned from a mini tour of Texas after playing many local festivals including Weyfest, Westival and even The Second Stage at Guilfest.
After a jam packed summer of festivals, the duo decided to visit Texas, the heart of their musical influences, where they played 7 consecutive shows and even recorded with Texas' own Jack Saunders. After broadening their fanbase, the duo now have plans to return for a bigger and better tour.
After only 3 months of being on the local music scene, the duo were soon billed for many local festivals including Weyfest, Westival and even The Second Stage at Guilfest.
Both previously front singers of local bands, Jonas and Jane met while on the gig circuit and after discovering a mutual love of harmonies and country/folk music, decided to pair up and form a musical act of their own. With well thought out vocal and harmony arrangements, the act started playing local music venues and recording some material of their own.
