Really nice and cosy spot - loved the fact there was a “secret” room that could be used to private events etc. Decent music and drink pricing wasn’t too bad either!

The correspondence I had with Kate was incredible - she was so friendly and she happily answered all of my (annoying) questions with ease. She definitely went the extra mile to make sure we had everything prepared for our night. When we arrived, the bar staff were fantastic and even though we came on a busy Saturday night, they made us feel special by always making sure somebody was there to serve our room of guests. All in all, my experience with The Vaults was 10/10 and I would definitely return if I wasn't moving to the other side of the world!

The most pathetically, awfully, dreadfully slow cocktail bar I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Literally 5-10 minutes per customer when they were four deep at the bar.
