Great venue! Amazing cocktails and atmosphere

Awful customer service. Bar tender spilt a drink over me, I then refused to pay and got threatened to be thrown out. Manager refused to pay bill or to consider damage to watch / shoes... awful service, overpriced and full of idiots.

It seems with the recent change in the ownership & the replacement of the door staff the rule has now changed to "no trainers whatsoever". The trouble with this policy is it applies even to customers who enter the bar before the... door staff are on duty. Last Saturday night (10/6/17) I witnessed 3 men being asked to leave the bar at approx 10.30pm for wearing trainers after they had been drinking in the bar for several hours with their friends. They left & took their friends with them to Faces where they were welcomed. I was so pissed off with their treatment I also left the bar & will not be returning soon. What a muggy way to treat your customers! I would have given you no stars if that were an option!
