Having no app to order on meant the staff were running ar read moreMost sober and disappointing pub experience in London - we had a 2 hour booking and received TWO rounds of pints in that time, each time it was a hassle to get someone to take our order, then we waited 25 and 30 mins for each round to arrive. Having no app to order on meant the staff were running around finding the shared iPad to take orders, it was so slow and they were obviously frustrated by the system. Management needs to put on more staff for 'table service' or use an app to make things easier and faster for everyone. Overall a disappointing and frustrating experience, which is not what you want to get when you pay a premium to drink out!

I understand it's a difficult time right now, but for the amount of customers to staff it felt like they were so overwhelmed and flustered and you could see that and we felt it. we were sat with a tiny stool for a table which we werent really bothered about when we finally got server the guy had gre read moreI understand it's a difficult time right now, but for the amount of customers to staff it felt like they were so overwhelmed and flustered and you could see that and we felt it. we were sat with a tiny stool for a table which we werent really bothered about when we finally got server the guy had great chat and I have nothing bad to say about that but it took us forever to get our drinks when it finally came it was the wrong order so had to wait ages for the right one, we decided to order food, when it finally arrived one of my friends pizzas was messed up they apologised and said they would get her another, Even though we mentioned it twice to two separate members of staff an hour went past ,And no pizza. I personally think they need more staff or to restrict the amount of people to give better customer service. Sadly even though I live in the area I doubt I will return

We waited up to 30-minutes per drink, despite having a minimum of 2hours on our booking. Understand staff were busy, but there was no system in place. Beer orders were backing up, and yet the beer station stayed vacant for over 25 minutes at one point. Would never come again, really disappointing start to our first pub experience following a long lockdown.
