It was absolutely superb, sandwiches were varied, scones were massive and warm with loads of butter, clotted cream and jam. Then there was a selection of mini cakes and a pineapple mousse with cream on top in a shot glass. There was loads of fresh fruit scattered around as well. We had a second pot of tea and more milk as well. We couldn’t fault the service and the waiters were very attentive. I have already recommended this place to friends and shall continue to do so. It was one of the best, if not the best cream teas we’ve had in Bournemouth! Well done Ventana Grand Cafe.

Absolutely brilliant afternoon cream tea with prosecco and friends. Plush surroundings, friendly and efficient service. Could not fault it would definitely recommend.

I've eaten here a few times, the food is amazing and this is matched by the attentive and professional front of house staff. I'm already looking forward to my next meal here.
