glass collector was rude, took our drinks, didt even manage to say sorry, started to shout on me instead. I asked for a manager cuz I didn't want to argue with her. was told that manager is busy and she will be here in 10 min. I was happy to wait. after 40 min waiting and 3 times asking if man read more
