Nashville, TN – August TK, 2016 -- Much-admired troubadours Wade Bowen and Willy Braun (of Reckless Kelly) will be heading to the UK this November for a special tour. (Dates listed below.) Bowen and Braun, both Texans, will share the stage each night, swapping songs and telling stories. These unique, intimate concerts will showcase both Bowen and Braun’s highly respected songwriting abilities, as each will play acoustic allowing the lyrics to be in the spotlight.



For Bowen, who is an award-winning singer/songwriter and recording artist, this November will be his first time touring in the UK. He has been a staple on the Texas country circuit for almost two decades and has also made name for himself on the national scene touring the US consistently. Bowen has appeared on the Conan O’Brien Show, released eight, critically acclaimed studio albums and is currently on the road in the US with friend and fellow songwriter Randy Rogers supporting their live “Watch This” Album.



Bowen, who the New York Times calls “..an earnest and direct singer who wrings feelings from small vocal gestures and whose songwriting .. is graceful, with twists like small sighs” is extremely proud to be from Texas and a few years ago started the Bowen Family Foundation to give back to the community that raised him. The foundation has raised over $3 million since its inception, much of that at its biggest fundraiser, which is a highly anticipated annual event in Bowen’s hometown of Waco, TX that includes a golf tournament and music festival.
