Massively disappointed, purchased a £100 wristband for drinks assured would get any unspent money back, now refusing to refund this. Cannot be trusted

Still not heard anything back from a complaint I placed. I think it's disgusting it was like cattle going for slaughter! Disgraceful management team, full of greed!!

This has to be one of the most poorly organised festivals I have ever been to. Over sold, sound systems were terrible and the system to get your drinks was terrible.
