A worker on Wall Street, he envisaged a laid back social arena based around music, cocktails and beer. Parker McMillan is a breath of fresh air amongst the homogenised and formulaic watering holes in the City and dedicated to Paul who sadly passed away this year. The venue aims to meet the high standards that Paul set in his distinguished career.
One of the most important aspects of Parker McMillan are its live performances. There will be an eclectic line-up of performers at the weekends to evenings showcasing young musicians from The Guildhall School of Music. The space will lend itself to live but low - key performances, akin to the \'Open-Mic Nights\' envisaged by Parker McMillan for New York. Guest performers have included Basement Jaxx, The Enemy, Trevor Nelson, Jazzie B, Groove Armada, Kasabian and Franz Ferdinand.
At its heart, Parker McMillan will offer a welcoming and atmospheric space with exceptional quality and service. At this sophisticated playground it is our intention to make you feel at home and deliver an attentive service which is second to none.
