Brilliant Day at Santa Sunday. Everything was class.

I stopped in the elk this afternoon for a meal. Never again will I be back in the place I was absolutely disgusted! The staff where not pleasant in the slightest! Never again will I be back in the place I was absolutely disgusted! The staff where not pleasant in the slightest! Ordered our food and waited over one hour after ordering when a family beside us had came in approx 15 minutes after us had their starter and main before us! Had to ask a waiter if our food was going to be much longer as we where considering walking out.. once we got the food it was cold and the chips were hard seem...ed like they were not freshly cooked! Went to pay for our meal and the same member of staff that was very unpleasant on arrival walked past us twice and never acknowledged that we where waiting to pay for our bill! We had to wait on a different member of staff to acknowledge us and when we where paying we weren't even asked how our meal was! This was a very unpleasant experience and I have never been treated like this in a restaurant before! I'll never be back here again.

We stopped here many times because of the friendly staff and also the good food.
