It shut down for remodeling without any information or notice to its members and then re-opened (May 28, 2014) after almost 2 months only to turn down entry to existing members. As a member one has to pay over £300 per year for entry but one can be denied entrance by the doormen anytime. Last night (Friday, May 30, 2014) the club refused entry to members claiming it to be a celebrity only night. Their website provides no details about the entry policy. The phone is only an answering machine where one can leave a message. The best the members can do is - go to the club and try their luck to be allowed entry. I wonder what the club is charging for? Is it to entertain women and celebrities at the expense of its paying gay member? The least the management can do is to send out emails to its member telling them when they are not allowed entry, for what reason, and how they are going to be compensated for it. The membership is valid for 1 year. There is no information about any compensation for the time it was shut. I hope the owners of the club wake up soon.... otherwise they will lose the remaining members too.
