The Turls Green

Staff are poor, tables and seats were dirty. Use spoons often and usually happy but this one.. nah

Was staying in a hotel in Ilkley last week so decided to visit Bradford and visited the turls green for pizza and a pint...everything was great till I had to visit the toilet...being disabled I had to use the disabled toilet and oh boy was I in for a shock..I have my own radar key but the door was o read moreWas staying in a hotel in Ilkley last week so decided to visit Bradford and visited the turls green for pizza and a pint...everything was great till I had to visit the toilet...being disabled I had to use the disabled toilet and oh boy was I in for a shock..I have my own radar key but the door was open...the floor was a disgrace....round the toilet bowl the Lino had two huge holes in it which was seeping water ..at least I think it was water and the rest off the floor had spl...ashes off water which made it hard to in fact use the toilet...for this bein a toilet that is used for nappy change and disabled people who have immune problems I find this disgusting...don’t get me wrong I have been in other disabled toilets that are just as bad ..weatherspoons as well are the worst...please can u have some consideration as disabled people have a stigma attached to them ...we r treated as 2nd class citizens wherever we go ..please clean up the toilet and I will be contacting ur head office as I have other complaints about other Wetherspoons disabled facilities to report ...
